一、个人简介
钱勋,教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才计划入选者,陕西省科技创新团队负责人。中国生态学学会微生物生态专业委员会、中国土壤学会国际合作与交流工作委员会委员。主要从事耐药基因传播与阻控、土壤微生物新谱系和新功能挖掘、有机废弃物无害化与资源化研究。近年来发表 SCI 论文 60 余篇,其中第一和通讯作者论文发表在 PNAS (3篇)、 Science Advances 、 Microbiome 等期刊。获陕西省科学技术二等 奖 1 项。承担本科生《分子生物学》和研究生《现代环境生物技术》、《科技论文写作》等课程教学。

1、 环境抗生素抗性基因:
抗生素抗性基因的健康风险评价和预测,抗性基因在环境-动物-人类中的传播机制及阻控技术
2、 土壤微生物学:基于多组学和分子生物学研究土壤中的未培养微生物的生态意义、功能潜力和进化轨迹
3、 有机废弃物的处置与利用:研发高效微生物菌剂和有机废弃物高值利用技术
