一、Biography 个人简介(更新至2023年8月,团队网站见https://xn-esp.github.io/

何海龙:男,1985年生,籍贯四川,中共党员。博士毕业于加拿大阿尔伯塔大学 (University of Alberta),现任职于西北农林科技大学资源环境学院,教授,博士生导师,博士后合作导师,主要从事土壤物理与水土保持相关教学与科研工作,重点关注寒区、旱区能量与物质运移过程及机理研究。先后主持或参与国家及省部级科研项目20余项,发表学术论文70余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Reviews of Geophysics (IF2022="25.2)、Earth-Science Reviews (IF2022="12.1)、Advances in Agronomy、Agricultural and Forest Meteorology、Journal of Hydrology、Geoderma、European Journal of Soil Science等领域权威期刊发表学术论文40余篇,包括指导本科生以第一/共同第一作者发表论文10余篇,另有10余篇次被选为亮点论文或被媒体报道。撰写或翻译著作/教材5章节,申请专利14件(已授权国内专利7件、国际专利3件)、登记软件著作权3件,发表教学研究论文7篇。先后入选美国土壤学会杰出青年学者奖、土壤物理与水文专业委员会青年学者奖(首位中国获奖学者),青年长江学者奖励计划、霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年科学奖,中国土壤学会优秀青年学者,陕西省“杰出青年基金”、陕西省“青年科技新星”、陕西省高校“青年杰出人才支持计划”、陕西省“秦岭生态环境保护青年学者”,西北农林科技大学“高层次人才发展支持计划”、“青年英才培育计划”、资源环境学院“创新新星”计划等。研究成果荣获陕西高等学校科学技术特等奖(第一完成人)、“陕西农业技术推广成果奖”二等奖(参与人)、陕西省教学成果特等奖(参与人)等。

受邀担任Geoderma、European Journal of Soil Science、Soil Science Society of America Journal、Vadose Zone Journal、Heliyon等SCI期刊副主编,并获得Vadose Zone Journal 杰出副主编奖等,兼任The Innovation、《土壤通报》等期刊青年编委。同时,担任30余本SCI杂志审稿人,并参与2018及2020年IPCC报告审稿。担任国际土壤模拟联合会常务理事、热特性工作组co-lead,美国土壤学会土壤物理与水文专业委员会执行委员,中国土壤学会青年工作委员会委员、土壤物理专业委员会委员,中国冰冻圈科学学会青年工作委员会委员等,同时为国内外十余个专业学会(终身)会员。此外,受邀做国际学术报告多次,并担任美国土壤学会年会、欧洲地球物理协会年会、国际冻土大会等多个国际专业会议的专题召集人/主持人。


Dr. Hailong He was born in Sichuan Province, China in 1985. Hailong received his Ph.D. in Water and Land Resources at the University of Alberta (Canada) in 2015 and now is professor in soil physics and soil & water conservation at the College of Natural Resources and Environment, Northwest A&F University (China). His research interests are to understand fate and transport of mass and energy in the (semi-)arid and cold regions with novel methods and techniques. He has developed an impressive research program, (co)supervising 15 postgraduate students and securing research funding approximately CNY ¥ 4.7 M as principal investigator and CNY ¥ 7.3M as a co-investigator. He has published 70+ peer-reviewed research articles as lead or coauthor (Google scholar H-index of 23), 7 education papers, and 2 conference proceeding papers, as well as edited 4 book chapters and filed 14 patents and 3 software. Hailong has also been closely collaborating with scientists around the world and is recognized by his international peers as indicated by various nominations and awards. Service to the community is also his priority, he serves an associate/deputy editor for 5 soil science journals (VZJ, SSSAJ, EJSS, Geoderma, and Heliyon) and was awarded the Excellence Associate Editor for Vadose Zone Journal. Hailong is also a regular session chairs for national and international conferences and judge for graduate student competitions.
