二、主要研究方向


长期从事土壤微生物生态研究,结合生态系统生态学、地统计学、气候变化科学等多学科手段,

通过野外调查取样、原位实验和温室控制实验,运用高通量测序微生物组学及培养组学技术,具体研究:


1. 土壤微生物地理格局及响应环境变化的生态学机制


2. 农田核心微生物组挖掘与土壤健康调控


3. 植物微生物组生态功能
