邓小芳，汉族，甘肃天水人，农学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。

2021.09-至今，西北农林科技大学，资源环境学院，副教授；
2020.07-2021.08，西北农林科技大学，资源环境学院，讲师；
2015.09-2020.06，华中农业大学，资源与环境学院，植物营养学，硕博连读；
2011.09-2015.06，江西农业大学，国土资源与环境学院，农业资源与环境，本科。
三、研究方向
农田土壤氮转化机理及调控，主要研究设施蔬菜体系氮的去向和调控。

1. 山东省重点研发计划“基于微生物强化的设施蔬菜绿色生产关键技术研发与应用”，2023-2026年，主持，8万。
2. 国家自然科学基金青年项目“辣木籽提取物对日光温室土壤硝化过程的抑制效应及其机制”，2022-2024年，主持，30万。
3. 西北农林科技大学博士科研启动基金“设施蔬菜体系氮转化损失的微生物过程及其机制”，2020-2023年，主持，20万。
