一、个人简介

郭俏,女,陕西省西安人,博士,副教授。2013年毕业于西北大学生命科学学院微生物专业,2014年就职于西北农林科技大学,从事资源环境生物学方向的教学和科研工作。


二、教学工作

主要承担环境微生物学、微生物应用原理与技术、资源环境微生物进展(研究生课程)等课程的教学工作。指导本科生参加生命科学创新创业大赛获全国特等奖1项,“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛获省级银奖及校级金奖2项,“挑战杯”大学生创业竞赛获省级铜奖及校赛金奖2项,获第八届创意农业设计大赛校赛优秀指导教师;指导大学生科创项目6项,国家级、省级各1项,其中省级、校重点3项结题获优秀;主持教改项目“资源环境微生物学多媒体素材库的建设”1项目结题获优秀,参与微生物学系列实验课程、微生物学一流本科课程建设项目;指导本科生三下乡获校级及院级优秀2项,参编《环境微生物》、《应用微生物学》等教材。


三、科研方向

有益微生物修复“植物-土壤-微生物”生态效应研究:包括生防微生物调节土壤微生态、修复连作障碍土壤生物退化的分子机制研究;生防微生物提高植物抗生物胁迫(真菌、细菌及病毒病害等)、非生物胁迫(干旱、低温等)的分子机制研究。近年来,以第一作者/共同第一作者在《Soil Biology & Biochemistry》、《Biology and Fertility of Soils》、《Plant and soil》、《Applied Soil Ecology》、《Microbial Ecology》等权威期刊发表SCI论文十余篇。2020年获西北农林科技大学资源环境学院“创新人才培育支持计划”。
