　　报告内容：In this talk professor He will introduce/discuss the aims and hypotheses for an in situ field ¹³C/¹⁵N double labelling experiment, the site selection and layout of a ¹³C and ¹⁵N labelled micro-plot, soil and plant sampling schemes, and a chamber methodology to exclude or include roots to measure soil or root δ¹³C for the determination of CO₂ respiration in a soil-plant-microbial system, as well as the proposed measurements/expected results.

　　报告人简介：何新华教授现为西南大学土壤生物学研究中心主任、资源环境学院教授。2001年澳大利亚昆士兰大学植物生理生态博士, 之后在美国加州大学戴维斯分校与日本东京大学从事博士后研究; 2008年起至今任澳大利亚西澳大学植物生物学系/地球与环境系研究助理教授/副教授, 2014年起兼任澳大利亚悉尼大学副教授. 主要科研方向为植物氮/碳生理生态、土壤-真菌-植物相互作用、土壤有益微生物对环境变化响应与耕地保育等, 在菌根真菌促进植物间双向氮素传递、改善土壤团聚体结构、提高土壤碳积累与植物抗逆(盐旱)能力、C₃和C₄作物氮素利用效率等方面的研究取得突出成果, 先后在 Agr Sust Develop, Agri For Meteorol, Biol Fert Soils, Crit Rev Plant Sci, Glob Biogeochem Cy, Mycorrhiza, Nature Geoscience, New Phytologist, Plant Soil, Sci Reports, SBB, SSAJ, Trends Ecol & Evol, Trends Plant Sci, Tree Physiol 等发表英文论文120余篇; 1994年起曾任3种国际期刊包括Plant & Soil (2007-2015)编委,澳大利亚(ARC、GRDC)、英国(BBSRC sLoLa)、美国(NSF、USDA)及荷兰(NWO)等国审评基金与学位论文和70余种英文期刊审评稿件。
