3. 教学工作

参加工作以来，曾先后承担《无机及分析化学》、《分析化学》、《仪器分析》、《环境监测》、《污水处理工程》、《环境影响评价》、《环境污染化学》、《科技写作》、《固体废弃物资源化利用与处置》、《畜禽粪便处理》、《高等固体废物管理》等本科生及研究生课程的理论和实践教学任务，注重将理论知识和实际问题相结合，指导大学生科创及科技（学科）竞赛项目多项。

4. 科学研究

围绕农业废弃物资源化利用和污染控制领域，主要开展两方面工作：（1）农业废弃物处理与资源循环利用（聚焦秸秆/粪污/污泥/淤泥/地膜等典型有机废弃物，好氧发酵制备有机肥以及热处理制备生物炭/水热炭/人工腐植酸），（2）土壤污染修复改良（重金属/有机污染土壤修复、土壤改良培肥）。

工作中以科学问题为导向积极开展科研工作，围绕农业废弃物资源化利用和污染控制领域，主持/参加国家自然科学基金（面上、青年）项目、重点研发计划子课题、省重点研发计划等纵向及横向课题20余项。在科研项目的资助下，以第一/通讯(本科生、研究生为第一)发表科研论文200余篇，其中SCI收录150余篇(含ESI前1%高被引用论文17篇，前0.1%热点论文2篇)，申请/授权技术专利10项，合作出版专著2部，参加2部外文书籍编写，入选2019-2024年度Elsevier环境领域World Top 2%学者，注重科技服务社会，科研成果参与团队技术落地，指导建立有机肥生产线进40条。近年发表的部分科研论文有：
